Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes! Our pieces are fully waterproof. You can wear them in the shower, at the pool, or at the beach without worry. We still recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated or salt water for extended periods to maintain its brilliance.
Will it tarnish?
No. Our 18K gold-plated stainless steel is specially formulated to be anti-tarnish. Unlike traditional gold-plated jewelry, our pieces are designed to hold their colour and shine with everyday wear.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! Our stainless steel base is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe for sensitive skin. If you've had reactions to other jewelry in the past, our pieces are a great option for you.
Sizing
How do I measure my wrist for bracelets and bangles?
Use a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper to wrap around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Mark where the ends meet and measure the length. For a comfortable fit, add 1–1.5 cm to your wrist measurement for bracelets, or 2–3 cm for a looser bangle fit.

How long does shipping take?
We ship via Canada Post and Chit Chats. Estimated delivery times are:

- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days

How do I care for my jewelry?
Our jewelry is made to last, but a little care goes a long way:
